Municipal election 2025: Kill Devil Hills and Southern Shores

In this year’s municipal election, two incumbent leaders in the Town of Kill Devil Hills and two incumbent leaders in the Town of Southern Shores are all running unopposed for reelection.


Terence “Terry” Lee Gray Sr. and Timothy “T.” Dillon Heikens, who goes by his middle name, are incumbent members of the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners who are running for reelection.

 

Anna Elizabeth Morey, who goes by her middle name, is running unopposed for reelection as mayor of Southern Shores, and Paula F. Sherlock is running unopposed for reelection to her seat on the Southern Shores Town Council.
