The Dare County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in providing information related to an incident last Monday, Aug. 25, in Manteo, that resulted in serious injuries to two people.

Dare County Sheriff's Office deputies on Monday arrested Dylan Riggs, an 18-year-old Manteo resident for stabbing with the intent to kill.
