MANTEO — A Manteo couple jumped out of an airplane together 108 times on Monday, unofficially besting the 14-year-standing Guinness World Record of 105 tandem skydives in one day.


After unharnessing, the smiling Sven Jseppi and Heather McLay walked over to greet a crowd eagerly waiting for hugs, high-fives, congratulations and selfies.
