ELIZABETH CITY — The owner of the Social Security Administration office building in Elizabeth City told Outer Banks Insider on Wednesday that he received a letter on Tuesday, March 18, notifying him the building lease cancellation is now revoked.
The Elizabeth City SSA office is the closest location to most of the Outer Banks area.
