Beloved Haven, a Currituck County-based nonprofit, set up a mobile outreach van Tuesday in Elizabeth City in the first of many planned regional stops to serve women who are survivors of or who are vulnerable to human trafficking.

The owner of the SSA office building in Elizabeth City said he received a letter on Tuesday revoking the building lease cancellation.
