KITTY HAWK — A new Dare County license plate agency is expected to open around mid-August in Kitty Hawk, as an operator contract was awarded in February, according to a North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) spokesperson.
The DMV awarded the new contract to Joshua “Josh” Bass and Denise Hall, Communications Officer John Brockwell said in a Tuesday email response to Outer Banks Insider’s questions.
