Among other selections on Currituck County voters’ ballots this fall is a box to check to either “for” or “against” changing board of education elections from nonpartisan to partisan races.

Nearly 300 voters from Currituck, Dare and Hyde counties appear on the list of over 65,000 votes that Jefferson Griffin, the 2024 Republican candidate for a North Carolina Supreme Court Seat 6, continues to challenge in court.
