Rodanthe man’s death remains under law enforcement evaluation; autopsy lists cause of death as “asphyxia due to drowning”

RODANTHE —  The case of a Rodanthe man’s death in February is still under law enforcement evaluation, following the recent release of the state medical examiner’s office reports.

 

Autopsy, investigation and toxicology reports by the N.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) are public records that can be obtained after they are finalized, according to the OCME website.
