From grants and land trusts to accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and legislative changes, three Outer Banks leaders spoke about challenges and opportunities they see in addressing the area’s housing crisis during a virtual public gathering that the Raleigh-based North Carolina Housing Table hosted last Thursday afternoon.
