MANTEO — The Dare County Board of Commissioners and the Oregon Inlet Task Force are commanded to appear and testify before a federal grand jury Oct. 16-18 in Raleigh, according to two separate subpoenas.
Assistant United States Attorney Dennis M. Duffy signed both subpoenas—one for the Dare County Board of Commissioners and one for the Oregon Inlet Task Force—copies obtained by Outer Banks Insider show.
