Deputies with the Dare County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 62-year-old Colington woman on one count of felony second-degree kidnapping and three counts of felony child abuse resulting in serious injury.

Nathan Theodore Weller of Kill Devil Hills pleaded guilty to felony attempted second-degree rape and felony second-degree kidnapping charges in Dare County Superior Court, court records show.

Men from Kitty Hawk and Virginia Beach are charged with human trafficking in the case of a 15-year-old Harnett County girl found in Dare.
