KILL DEVIL HILLS — In what is sure to continue to be a heated contest in coming years, both Manteo High School’s junior varsity (JV) and varsity teams reigned victorious over First Flight High School at the latter’s home field in Kill Devil Hills in the inaugural battle between the Dare County rivals for the Cobia Cup on Monday.
